Ingredients
3 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch peaces
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
½ teaspoon fresh thyme
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch peaces
1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch peaces
1 red onion, cut and into 1-inch peaces
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the rack in the upper middle part of the oven.
Place the chicken in a large mixing bowl and add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic. Mix everything together to ensure all the chicken is coated and let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto the skewers. Place the skewers on the sheet pan. Cook for 20 minutes, until lightly golden color. Serve with avocado dip and enjoy!

2 avocados
Juice of 1 lime
2 garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
In a small bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and line juice, toss to coat. Using a potato masher add the salt, garlic, and mash.
