Ingredients
1 ripe banana, previously frozen
¼ of pineapple, previously frozen
1 cup of ice cold water
1 kiwi
½ avocado
1 cup of fresh spinach
½ cup of parsley
1 tablespoon flaxseed
For the toppings I use: ½ fresh banana, ½ fresh kiwi, 1 tablespoon dried goji berries, 1 tablespoon dried cranberries, 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
Directions
Add water, frozen bananas, frozen pineapples, kiwi, avocado, spinach, parsley, flax seeds to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a serving bowl, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
