It's Smoothie Time! I made another one of my meal replacing smoothies. This time it's my cranberry and orange smoothie. I like this recipe because it has some protein in it from the low fat Greek yogurt which makes it a perfect post workout meal but I usually replace my lunch with this particular smoothie.

Ingredients
1 cup frozen cranberries
1 orange, segmented
½ fat free Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 teaspoon agave syrup
Directions
Place the frozen cranberries, orange, yogurt, grated ginger, chia seeds, and agave syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a glass jar and enjoy! I like to replace my lunch or dinner with this smoothie whenever I want to eat lighter and loose some weight.
