Ingredients
1 ½ cups of pineapple, peeled, cored and frozen
1 mango, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 orange, freshly juiced
½ cup of water, if needed
1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds, optional
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add as much water as needed to achieve a desired consistency and enjoy!
