One loaf of whole wheat bread
1 and 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
½ cup low fat sour cream
½ cup walnuts, chopped
¼ cup mint, chopped
A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat the over to 325 degree F.
Thinly slice the bread and lay on a baking sheet. Toast the bread in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl mix together the cottage cheese, sour cream, walnuts, mint, salt and honey. Mix well to combine. Spread 2 tablespoons of the spread on each slice of the toasted bread and enjoy with freshly brewed tea or coffee!
