It's smoothie time everyone. Today I made another one of my meal replacing smoothies for weight loss. I took a classic strawberry and banana smoothie and put an even more healthy twist on it. Usually smoothies are full of processed and refined sugars that can hinder your weight loss goals but this smoothie is not only super healthy it's delicious too!

Ingredients
10 roasted cashews, or 1 tablespoon cashew butter
½ cup sugar free pomegranate juice
1 cup fresh spinach
1 plum, pitted
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 banana
2 cups strawberries, previously frozen
Directions
Add the cashews into a blender and blend until finely ground. Add the pomegranate juice, spinach, plum, grated ginger, banana, strawberries and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass jar and enjoy!
