Greek Salad with Avocado and Fresh Basil


In a large mixing bowl add the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, avocado, feta cheese, olives and toss gently. Add the oregano, basil, salt, lime juice and extra virgin olive oil. Using two spoons toss the salad. Serve as a side salad and enjoy!

Ingredients

2 medium tomatoes, seeded and sliced
1 large hot house cucumber, diced
1 small yellow onion, sliced
1 ripe avocado, diced
3 ounces low fat feta cheese, cut into ½ inch cubes
½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted
½ teaspoon dried oregano
5 fresh basil leaves
½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
