Ingredients
10 almonds
1 cup frozen pineapple
½ avocado
1 kiwi
1 medium cucumber
½ bunch of lettuce
½ bunch of spinach
5 leaves of fresh mint
Directions
First, add the almonds into a blender and blend until finely grinded. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Replace a meal with this smoothie as it has a more balanced nutritional label and can help with your weight loss goals.
