Pineapple mango smoothie

One of my best tips for loosing weight and maintaining your healthy habits is to replace one meal a day with a healthy and nutritious smoothie that tastes amazing and keeps you satisfied

1 cup ice- cold water
1 fresh mango, peeled and chopped
ΒΌ pineapple, previously frozen
1 banana, previously frozen
1 fresh orange, peeled
2-3 tablespoons chia seeds


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a large glass and enjoy!
