Apple cider Sangria

Ingredients

1 bottle white wine, I use Pinot Grigio
2 and ½ cups sugarless apple cider
1/3 cup cognac or brandy (optional)
1 orange sliced, divided
1 apple sliced, divided
½ cup frozen cranberries

Directions

Combine the whine, apple cider, and cognac in a large glass pitcher. Stir in the orange and apple slices and frozen cranberries. Save a few slices of fruit garnishing. When ready to serve, pour into goblets or highball glasses, garnish with the remaining slices of fruit.

Cranberry Mimosa

Ingredients

2 cups of sugarless cranberry juice, chilled
1 bottle of chilled sparkling wine, I use sparkling rose wine
Frozen cranberries and sprigs of rosemary to garnish.

Directions

To serve, pour the cranberry juice into the bottom of Champagne glasses and slowly top-off with ice-cold sparkling wine. Garnish with frozen cranberries and a small sprig of rosemary.
