Winter Oat Porridge

For the porridge
1 cup of oats
1 and ½ cups water
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon pure honey
For the toppings
Dried fruits such as apricots, purple plums, cranberries, peaches, figs, mangoes, currents goji berries, etc
Nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, cashews, etc


Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the oats and the salt, cook for 4-5 minute stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and add the honey. Serve with your favorite dried fruits and nuts and enjoy!
