Red Juice

2 beetroots
2 carrots
1 red apple
1 lemon


Wash all the ingredients really well. Peel the carrots and beetroots. Put all the ingredients through a juicer. Drink immediately or pour into none -reactive containers such as stainless steel or glass bottle. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours, or keep at room temperature for up to 8 hours. Enjoy!
