Ingredients

1 beetroot, previously frozen
1 fresh grapefruit, segmented
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth. Serve in a glass jar and enjoy as your lunch!
