Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 banana, previously frozen
1 ½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries
½ cup fat free Greek yogurt
¼ cup rolled oats
1-tablespoon chia seeds


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Replace your breakfast and enjoy!
