Raspberry Mango Smoothie Bowl


Replacing one meal a day with a healthy and delicious smoothie is one of the best ways to to stay in shape and even lose unwanted weight! This smoothie is perfection! I love the combination of tart raspberries and sweet mango. They work so well together! I added some seeds for extra protein! Enjoy!

Serving 1 smoothie

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups raspberries, frozen
1/2 mango, frozen
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1/2 cup fresh spinach
For the topping
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 fresh mango
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon nuts

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer into a serving bowl. Top with fresh raspberries, slices of mango, seeds, nuts and enjoy!
